Choosing the correct helmet size is one of the most important decisions for every football player.
A properly fitted helmet provides better comfort, stability, and confidence during play.
Step 1: Measure Your Head
You will need:
- Measuring tape
- Mirror
- Assistance from another person (recommended)
Measure around your head:
- Approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows.
- Around the widest part of your head.
- Keep the measuring tape level.
Record your measurement in inches or centimeters.
Step 2: Select Your Helmet Size
Compare your measurement with the manufacturer’s sizing chart.
Common helmet sizes include:
- Youth Small
- Youth Medium
