Football Helmet Safety Information

At Helmet Gridiron, athlete safety is our priority.

Football helmets are designed to help reduce the risk of injury, but no helmet can completely prevent concussions, head injuries, or injuries caused by contact sports.


Proper Helmet Use

For maximum protection:

  • Always wear a properly fitted helmet.
  • Follow manufacturer fitting instructions.
  • Inspect your helmet before every use.
  • Replace helmets showing damage.
  • Never modify helmet components.

Helmet Inspection

Regularly check for:

  • Cracks
  • Damaged shells
  • Loose parts
  • Worn padding
  • Broken chin straps

Do not use helmets that appear damaged.


Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and specific helmet model.

Warranty may cover:

Helmet Replacement

Helmet Gridiron recommends following manufacturer replacement guidelines and replacing helmets after significant impacts or when damage is detected.
